Mathie respects your right to manage your data. This policy outlines how you can request data deletion and what happens when such a request is made.

1. Data Deletion Requests

To request the deletion of your account and associated data:

• Submit a request through the account settings page or contact us at support@maasuh.com.

• Provide proof of account ownership to verify your identity.

2. What Data Is Deleted

Upon approval of your request, Ma'a Suh LLC (operating Mathie) commits to:

• Delete your Mathie account information, including name, email, and profile details.

• Remove all data retrieved from connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube), including access tokens and metrics.

• Retain only legally required records, such as transaction logs.

3. Data Retention

Certain minimal data may be retained for:

• Legal compliance purposes (e.g., tax obligations).

• Fraud detection and prevention.

4. Timeline for Deletion

We process deletion requests within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
